His international research experience includes appointment as Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Germany and USA. These engagements have provided him with extensive exposure to global best practices in advanced materials, steel technologies, process engineering, and industrial innovation.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in microstructure engineering, advanced materials characterization, advanced high-strength steels, controlled atmosphere and hydrogen heat treatment, industrial process simulation, residual stress analysis, structural health monitoring, and life assessment of critical engineering components. He has authored approximately 95 SCI-indexed publications, delivered more than 70 technical presentations at national and international forums, and holds 25 patents.
As a member of the Expert Advisory Panel of PODDAR METALLURGICAL SOLUTIONS, He contributes world-class expertise in advanced materials engineering, process optimization, failure analysis, heat treatment technologies, component life extension, and technology-driven manufacturing excellence.
